We were weekly customers for several years, spending upwards of $65 dollars per month. Recently, 3 expensive shirts were ruined by them and they would NOT take responsibility for them. There were the same mysterious "rust-like" stains on the collars in different locations. After never having had a complaint before, we showed them the problem, gave them the chance to fix it, and they could not remove the stain. They then acted as if it were our problem, not theirs! This company places tags on incoming garments to point out customer stains, but we clearly had brought them in UNSTAINED because there were no tags on these shirts when we brought them in. The owner, when I approached him about it, said "What you want me to do? I have 300 shirts here per week. I can't look at every one."
