12/13 years ago we purchased on living room furniture from Routzahn's & were very satisfied.



We decided to try the 'new" Routzahn's. We purchased a couch, area rug, and 2 swirl, rocker recliners. The couch & rug were in stock & delivered right away. The chairs were .ordered, to be delivered later. .



We had the couch about a week when I noticed 2 tears at the bottom that had gone unnoticed.



I was very upset when I called Routzahn's. I was all set to do battle, hire attorneys, etc.



I can't begin to tell you how embarrassed I was. The entire staff was so willing to help me.



They were very apologetic, very concerned, very cooperative and extremely helpful.



They ordered me a brand new couch- They were not sure if the same color fabric was available.but I could pick out another fabric of my choice.



Three weeks later I had my new couch, with the original fabric.



I am loving my new furniture but even more than that, I am loving Routzahn's.



So 5 stars to Routzahn's. Again, We are happy & pleased we went back

Great selection, friendly staff, and low prices - what's not to love about that?!
