I would like to say I switched insurance companies 3 yrs ago.The reason I switched was to reevaluate my coverage vs the cost to me. I got Frank to quote me on car ins.He told me where coverage should be added and where it could be reduced. He explained things to me that no one else took the time to ever do.The result of the quote was a reduction of total ins cost of over $800.00 a year.He since has saved me on home ins and more.His office staff has been mostly pleasant and efficient.If ever I need to speak to Frank directly, he has always been there.Thats the kinda guy Frank Lebherz is. He'll have my insurance till I die.I sent severall friends of mine to get qoutes from Frank at Lebherz Ins. and they too have saved a bundle .They also feel the same friendship to him as I do. If you can find a better company or agent, GO get it . but for me. I'm home !

About ten years ago, Lebherz Insurance found insurers who could beat all of my previous insurers' rates. Since then it has had all of my insurance business. Also, the customer service is great and the employees are very responsive.

I have been with this agency for many years. Always great service. The people are very friendly and their prices seem to be the most competitive I have come across. I would strongly recommend this business to others.

Up until recently, customer service was great. The man they had answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Upon calling today, I was informed he was no longer with the firm and the customer service I received was very abrupt, unpleasant and unhelpful. I will be withdrawing my business from this company this week.
