I called Sanford Kramer to get my hot water heater fixed, and that turned out to be a very good decision. Their technician was a pleasure to have in my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, tidy, friendly, and efficient. If have any other plumbing issues, I will be calling Sanford Kramer.

This is a highly professional organization from the person you first speak to on the phone to the movers that show up at your door! The person who answered the phone was very professional and courteous. She was able to get me squeezed into the schedule the very next day. She was even very accomodating when I couldn't receive the e-mailed contract (it got hung up in my junk mail filter!). She let me keep my scheduled appt based upon my word that I would get the signed contract to her before the guys started the job.

The movers were very professional and took care of my furniture as if it was their own!! Each piece was carefully wrapped to ensure no damage occured in transit. They were also very friendly and personable. Each item that they moved arrived safe and sound in my new home in its proper place and I couldn't be happier!! I've heard horror stories about broken furniture and banged up walls, but I am pleased to say that I was not victim to either circumstance!! Thanks guys!!
