I get the $26 cleaning. It’s a great deal for that price— they vacuum, wipe down the consoles, clean the floor mats- and are always so quick!

I took my wife's BMW here to get detailed. When I came to pick up the car the car read in limp mode, their cleaning had damaged the electrical components in the accelerator petal.
They insisted that I take the car to be fixed at the shop associated with their parent company. When I got the car back 3 days later, I found a pen mark on the drivers seat and when I started the car i got a warning light again. Apparently they had done nothing to fix the issue, just drove it a few times (over 80 mph they told me, which means they were breaking the law using my car) but never looked at the componets. They took the car back and called me later saying that they took off the accelerator pedal and it was soaking wet still after 3 days.
They did eventually repair the car and I got it back 5 days after I had taken it in to get cleaned, it of course had new issues. This time there was some black mud? Smeared along areas inside the drivers side of the car.
When I talked to the Spa Manager about any compensation for all of this inconvenience of them damaging my car he just said that the customer relations group normally offers a free car wash when something like this happens and have me the number of the customer relations contact named Christy. It has been roughly 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from them despite leaving multiple voice mails. There is of course no way that my wife would ever let me take her car back there after what they did to it.

I recommend staying as far from this place as possible, they don't seem careful in how they treat the cars that are given to them to clean or aren't knowledgable enough to clean them without breaking them.

I think their is another full service car wash in frederick, I would suggest seeking it out rather than risk the safety of your car here.

Detailed with a smile. My car was dirty. The dash, windows, console, carpet and paint job was all very clean, dry and smelled like cherries as I pulled away. Very happy with the results. Everyone was happy, informative, and working.

I took my new car the other day, thinking I would have a great shine when it came out. I was expecting it to be cleaned and instead it still had 4 dirt sports on the hood, I think it even scratched my hood and it had water marks. It was very disappointing. The tires looked good, but the wash was terrible. I won't be going back.

took my car here since I didn't have the time to do it yesterday and I paid for the ultimate works wash. I certainly did not receive such. my car still had soap on it when they were " done". I still had dust on my dashboard, there was still dog hair on my front passenger seat. and I paid for interior scent, which was never put in. the tire shine didn't even stay to a shine for the whole day. about 4 hours after, they looked dry and as if they had never been touched. so I pulled my car out and finished what they started. but considering the price I paid. I shouldn't have had to even consider doing any additional work to it. I would recommend everyone else to go to the automatic carwash down the street by the Exxon gas station. $10 and it looks better than what they do at the auto spa.
