After getting married, I was excited to find this cleaner to preserve my dress. However the excitement quickly turned into the WORST experience. I was told my dress would be ready in a week. When I went to pick my dress up, I was told they did not have a box to put the dress in and it would be another week. When I returned the following week, I was told again that they did not have a box and it would be yet another week. They ensured me they would call me as soon as it was ready. After another week of never hearing from them (a month my dress had been there) I had to return to the cleaners and ask for my dress back without being in a box. I would NOT recommend taking anything to this cleaner!
