I visited Aaron's on 9/05/15 and saw a youth bedroom set I liked for my son. I went back on 9/06/15 and spoke to the general manager named Bradley Fleeman on at that time did the contract up for me and told me a deliver date of 9/9/15 at 3pm. I agreed and paid $270 which paid me up until January. When the delivery day came the furniture was delivered by the drivers who informed me that Brad sent a message to tell me the dresser was damaged. I called Brad and let him know be should of called and told me that so I would have been aware of it once the drivers got there. While on the phone with Brad the driver showed me that the nightstand was damaged as well. Brad said he would call the store in hagerstown to see if they had the furniture with no success. Again he told me he could order another one and have it delivered Monday. I then told him only if a discount would be applied. Brad agreed to that but my schedule did not fit with the delivery time so he said well it won't be until Tuesday. At that point I said forget it and I would be there to get my money back. I went there and he refused to give me a refund because I didn't have my debit card in which I paid with on me. I went home got the card and came back. He never once apologized or anything. I will be calling corporate.
