I would have to agree 100% Owner sounded like he was annoyed when I asked basic questions...INSTANT turnoff!! Wonder if he knows that there is competition out there?

I purchased a carb rebuild kit for a small Johnson Outboard Motor. I am experiencing some difficulties adjusting the idle mixture and called for advice. The gentleman that answered identified himself as the owner and refused to share any information that could help me. He claims he does not give out and does not allow any of the techs that work for him to help customers with technical advice.



I could understand this attitude if I had not purchased the rebuild kit from him. I purposely did not buy on line so as to support a local business. The kit cost $42.



This probably is a reflection how this business views customer service.
