We recently decided to finish off part of our basement. After a bit of searching, we settled on a contractor our neighbor had used.
We were a bit skittish going into this because we have heard many stories of problems with contractors. After meeting with Graham Koeppen we felt pretty good about our choice. We were not in a big rush so that took some pressure off things.
Graham brought in his employees and subcontractors that he has worked with for a long time. He dealt with the code inspectors, buying the materials, scheduling, etc just like a pro that he is.
At the end we were more than happy. He and his men did an outstanding job, they communicated well, and they were courteous and very easy to deal with. We felt like they were totally trustworthty – we had no qualms leaving the house with them working there. In the end we ended up with a new bedroom, library, workout room, bathroom, and gameroom.

I can heartily endorse Graham (GJKoeppen Construction) because they did a fantastic job, as per our agreement. What more can you ask for.
