I rented out the reception hall, it was aweful. The A/C didn't work and when I asked the lady that runs the hall she just said that you will burn up tonight. We were going to use the kitchen to heat up the food, but they had electrical problems. Light bulbs were burnt out and missing all onver the building. The bathrooms smelled really bad, had no paper towels and soap in the mens room. Save your money don't rent out this hall.
