Guys did great work and same day service.

We find it quite ironic that the only other review for this company mentions how they replaced a spring for free since it broke within a year. We had a spring break that Franklin overhead door replaced 20 months ago and were told that this could not be possible, that springs should not break that fast. He then went on to deny every doing the work, yet we have the check we wrote out to him for the repair. So why did he replace one customers spring without thinking twice but is denying ever being at our house? Fishy! Would never recommend a company who says springs can't not break that fast and yet he replaced one within a year!

This guy does quality work. I have had various repairs made over 12 years, and the response is always fast and courteous. A spring broke more than one year after installation, and the owner replaced it as though it were still under warranty. Ask your neighbors if you live in the area. One of the best tradesmen around.
