Have bought from Stroud's on and off for years. One time a few years back we got some sub-standard quality and quit for a while. Last night ordered value pack 2 ($35) and when I opened it up at home, was disappointed to find excess liquid in the 2 lb. container of pork PLUS FAT! Additionally it didn't have a BBQ flavor and almost seemed undercooked. I probably will not buy from them again.
