MAJOR FRAUD!!!!! BEWARE!!!! No one told me when I called that there would be a $50 charge for them to come out. When I said something to them about that they said it does cost them to come out. But I feel they should have advised that in advance. They also wanted $2000 to change out 2 faucets!!!! Are you kidding me? They said they would not repair/replace any tile they destroyed in the process of putting in the faucets and that they could give me the name of someone who would do that for me for an additional amount. They also said they had the faucets in their truck to replace mine. They had never seen mine and didn't ask what I was wanting. Like most people, I wanted to pick out my own faucets, not something they picked out for me without my consent. They also made a comment that my dogs didn't intimidate them. Made me feel uneasy because the dogs weren't barking or doing anything. I'm not sure why they were checking to see if the dogs would do anything. They won't, as long as I am there to tell them it's ok. This is one of the strangest set ups I have ever dealt with.
