I have never sent a bad review to a restaurant, but our service was so bad on Saturday night, March 14. I tried to call the manager over, but she ignored me. The table beside of us, however, got another server. After about 1 1/2 hours, we finally got boxes to take some food home. I left mine as she didn't bring enough boxes. No mention of, I'm sorry, until the check was brought. We had two small children with us and had to pay over $60 for the most unpleasant experience. WILL NOT be back! Understandably, restaurants have off nights. I blame the manager for never stopping by our table to ask if everything was ok. I've been in the restaurant business, and that is the manager's job!!!

I hae been to this O'charleys several times and have dealt with nothing but rudeness and arrogrance and immaturity. This past Saturday I took my elderly mom and her friend there and it was a total disaster. We left after waiting had our table to be served forever. Never seen a manager, the chef kept coming out helping the hostess that was rude and arrogrant and even offered to wait on us when we were leaving which is not his job and offered us coupons that we didn't want. Will never ever be back in this O'Charleys to eat!!!

We've been to the O'Charley's in Franklin & in Brentwood. The bar in Brentwood is more spacious than the Franklin site, but they both serve wonderful meals at reasonable prices. We always enjoy getting the most for our $$
