I booked this flight two days ago for my anniversary. They confirmed the flight was good to go last night at 9:00 pm and then cancelled with only a 45 minutes notice before the flight this morning at 5:45 am. They refused to give and offer any refund after we hired a sitter and moved the world around to be able to go and was almost there to the location ready to fly. "They claimed there was fog when in reality the visibility is perfect". It is obvious they didn't have enough bookings to justify the flight this morning therefore ruining my anniversary present for my wife. I asked for a refund because there was no opportunity to exercise my right to a refund with a proper notice of cancellation from them 12 hours prior. Keep in mind just 8 hours before we were told everything was good to go for flight. When I asked them to be honest and refund me, they said absolutely not that I had already paid online and therefore accepted all terms and conditions. They claim they were out 100.00 with the online booking (which is an absolute lie). Therefore I'm going to dispute this charge with my credit card company as this is in my opinion is complete "theft by deception". After I told them I was upset and would seek to get my refund through other avenues they repeatedly kept texting me and harassing me trying to scare me not to and justifying why they were not going to refund me any money after I asked them three times to stop texting me. This then turned into harassment from them. I had to threaten to call the police for the texts from them to stop. I told them several times I'm giving you the opportunity to do the right thing because as a business owner myself, I know how important the customer is. However, I was insulted, harassed and stolen from on this clear beautiful pmorning that is suppose to be filled with fog. I couldn't get a booking with anyone else because they were all booked up and now I know why this company didn't have full bookings.
