I cannot say enough about the people of Johnson Audiology! As a company, they truly understand the importance of customer service. Their office is beautiful and very welcoming and the staff always greets you with a smile. It is a very patient-friendly and comfortable setting, which you don't find too often in a medical practice. I have had several family members go to Johnson Audiology for hearing issues and they have raved about the professionalism of the staff and effectiveness of their services and products.

I will continue to recommend Johnson Audiology to others because they have treated my family members so well upon their visits and truly care about their patients.

The Franklin, TN office is absolutely amazing. From the time you enter the front door, you feel right at home with a heartfelt welcome from Cindy. Dr. Lydia will ensure that you receive the best possible service and care during your hearing screening, providing information and giving you detailed answers to any questions you have. To me, this is by far the best screening experience I have ever received! This office is fortunate to have such a caring and professional staff to assess your needs and provide the care patients love to receive! My personal experience with this office and team of medical professionals exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend and urge anyone with hearing issues to contact them for an amazing experience!
