I used a lady who went to my church. Her name is Kim McGowen. She went above and beyond for us. If you go with this realty company, ask for her. We sold our house back in 2006 with her and I think we were one of the first houses she ever sold because she was new to the industry. Kim is excellent and a wonderful Christian lady. It has been a while since we have talked with her as we moved out of state, but I hope she is still in the industry.

This company does not represent Christians..run for the hills..i have made numerous requests for a lock box to be taken off of my door..no longer want to have this agent sell it (Barry and Kat Gordon) and they refuse to take the box off..they also have the keys and garage door opener to this unit and to another house of mine. Very vindictive people..will not get a recommendation from me..run for the hills if you see either one..short fat sloppy looking guy and mousy looking wife.

don't use Kat Helton or her husband Barry as your realtors if you go with this real estate company. They got me to list my place for 6 months, never once had an open house, i asked about placing an ad in the sunday paper, i was told i would have to pay for it. Plus i also asked for a box to be put out front with fliers..he basically said he wouldn't do that. So i asked for it to be taken off the market. He and his wife are holding me to the contract and wont take the lock box off the door. I now have renters moving in and i am going through the Tn Association of Realtors filing a complaint to try and get that box off. Do NOT list with these two individuals!! They are not Christians..run to the nearest door if you see these two!!
