Everyone at Chadwick's is super helpful and friendly. Training with Daryl has changed my life forever - I will never be out of shape again! He is so knowledgeable and can truly personalize my sessions. One day, I complained that I wasn't losing abdominal fat fast enough. After four sessions, I had lost at least a half an inch on my lower abs. He keeps me on track and I have never felt better.
