I have had a very good experience with Dr. Kaplin and his staff. They took the time to explain all the parts of my daughter's treatment. I even brought in my 6 yr old son and I was told it was way to early to do any treatment.

Very friendly during consultation and treatment. Once i was in my maintenance phase, I got the runaround, and I felt the doctor didn't care to listen to my concerns and got quite unfriendly

Initial consultation was outstanding. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions about emergency calls, insurance benefits and dental claim submissions. They took the time to explain their services, patient expectations and flexibility on their part to accommodate change of schedules. I have visited over 1/2 dozen Orthodontics in the last year. Drilled them all as to the details and commitment of the investment I was making for these services. Dr. Kaplin was very professional and tolerated my many questions. IF this experience proves to be successful, I have many friends and relatives with young children to refer to this office.

I was convinced that my 9 year old needs "Phase I" braces - she had them for over 18 months with no results - then I was told to start "Phase II" and pay for the full set of braces again - poor service - once I stated my concerns dr. kaplan was very unfriendly and showed no respect at all!
