If you are local to this business you might have a better experience but I would not recommend ordering anything from them to be shipped. If they don't get it right - you will be stuck with the expense of shipping them back which in my case was a lot.

I inquired about having custom parson chairs built to my specifications (size and design.) and shipped to me after viewing the Seams To Be website. I sent a picture of what I wanted and exchanged several emails with the owner. I was assured that they could be made exactly as I desired. I received a quote for the chairs plus shipping and was also assured that if they could be returned. When the chairs were finally received they were not what I had asked for. After emailing the owner - she verified that I could return them, at my own expense. Of course, that is a great expense added to the not so small price that I already paid.

If the fault is that of the business than the customer should not have to pay for the return shipping. It would be different if I simply changed my mine.
