So far this has been a great experience. I was searching for affordable storage for a 12 foot kayak. No one had anything smaller than 10x20 available for less than $88 per month. Storage Express had a 5x15 foot unit available in my area for $54 per month, and half off the first month! I was able to sign up on a Sunday morning within minutes of finding the place via google. I drove over there the same day, a couple hours later and put a lock on my unit. They offer 24 hour access. It is a gated storage facility and you get in using a gate code. The customer service answered within 1 minute of calling, and the lady that I spoke to was very professional and friendly. They don't offer insurance, but they do give you information about how to obtain insurance through a partner company for about $8 per month for $2000 worth of items. You can also opt to not insure or get your own insurance. It is a very affordable, and very convenient deal! So far I have enjoyed doing business with them!
