I have had a great relationship with this company. I'm a repeat customer and I find them very easy to communicate with & I love the option of online payments & the kiosk. I highly recommend them!

I have never had worse dealings with a business in my life. Camera at the front gate doesn't actually work. I've called before and didn't get replies for two weeks. Hidden charges EVERYWHERE. My unit was had over $160 of hidden charges this week. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

We sold our house quicker than expected and we needed a large unit fast. We liked the convenience of Foxes Den Self Storage because we only had to make one call and were able to take care of everything over the phone and didn't have to drive to their location for all of the paperwork. We moved in the same day and we are well pleased. The facility is very clean and well taken care of.
