i will tell you that is a rip to charge 100.00 for a fees and late charges are u SERIOUS! i only got 1 bill they shut my water off i called them they say what my bill was didn;t even get a shut off notice. so she tells me on top of my bill and the charges my eyes went to the back of my head.. i have never heard of an out rages thing in my life talk about sucking all the money they can out of people. this is so wrong shame on u people..

This company is ripping me off. I have called them several times about the fact that my water bill has more than doubled in the past 3 months with no reason for it. I asked if they have had a rate increase and was told they have not. My water bill went from 57 dollars a month to nearly 100. When I called and stated that there is no way I can be using nearly 9000 gallons of water in one month I was told I must have a leak. I have Every thing I do mean Every line, toilet, facet checked out. no leaks. I turned every thing off and watched the meter it didn't move. Again No leaks. We were gone half the month of August on vacation. NOONE was in the house to use ANY water. My bill was higher than the previous month. keep in mind that my husband works midnight shift and sleeps from the time he gets home until around 5:30 in the evening when I come home to wake him up. I am away from my house for at least 12 hours a day. So taking in consideration that I sleep at least 7 hours at night. My husband at work all night that leaves 5 hours a day for us to use nearly 9000 gallons of water in a month when you multiply by 31 days you get only 155 hours all month to use this kind of water. NO sprinklers, no children. No one at home how is that possible. When I call they just say I'm sorry check your lines. Crooks the lot of them. To bad I can't change water companies.

Terrible customer service. Called in about discolored water and the woman didn't put in a report, just said it was probably water lines in the next town that they were working on. Would have been helpful for her to at least let the workers know of the problem instead of assuming!!
