Very disappointed. Used their website to order flowers for a friend in Frankfort. Flowers were never delivered, there was no response from Milam indicating this. Sent an email inquiry that was never answered. Finally reached someone on the phone who's explanation was that they have no control over their website. Won't ever use them again.

I sent out flowers late today and they arrived to my wife in about an hour from the time I called. The lady was very helpful and my wife was happy, so all went well.

I go to the Milam House any time I need a floral arrangement because they are creative and beautiful. The prices are reasonable and Ben always chooses the perfect container and flowers for the person I describe to him. They have also done several floral arrangements for our business trade shows which have been absolutely stunning and eye catching which draw customers into our booth.

Great service, fresh flowers, got what I requested and the designer did the rest
