It would be nice if this business had more than ONE working phone line. It is next to impossible to get through. Also, someone should teach the staff that if someone calls to inquire about an animal, they are not infringing on their PERSONAL time. The person I dealt with (5-31-16) was short, rude, and sounded put-upon. No wonder I go to Woodford County.

Badly managed High Kill. More priority given to staff and management than to animal comfort and protection and public education.
