After 2 months of waiting for a approval on my sunken mattress of only 2 years old I finally got a approval for a replacement. I walked into the store a the manager was crocheting a blanket. When I told her what I was there for it was like I was bothering her. She was very rude and demanded I have to pay a delivery fee for them to pick up the old defective mattress. They have the worst customer service when it comes to warrantying there mattress. I would not go here.
