I've been shopping here for 15 plus years. I liked their rewards program, their senior discount on Tuesdays. They changed their rewards program you now have to spend 500.00, then they dropped the senior discount, [a whole 10%]. Now they changed the armed forces discount, the Vet must be present. What if the Vet is not able to shop but his spouse has his picture ID? Not good enough. I feel you don't want or need my business. So I can go elsewhere. Your prices are not that reasonable anyway. BYE

This is one of the worst places I can now imagine purchasing a pet. I had seen my dog here a few times before I got her as a puppy. They require you to go to their vet to validate the warranty, as if that is even worth anything anyway. Their vet performs a minimal check and sends you on your way as this check must be performed within the first 2 days after you purchase the puppy. Without their vet check, and apparently with it, you are on your own!



My puppy was diagnosed with kidney failure at 6 months and is dying. She was difficult to train to go outside to go to the bathroom, and I began to wonder why. I had my vet check the dog after a repeated infection occurred prior to having her spayed. After the spay, the infection was virtually non-existent, but the bathroom issue still existed. After over $700.00 in tests which confirmed the kidney condition, Alsip offered no assistance unless I spent more money with their vet and put my dog and myself through all the same tests...at my expense. I wouldn't trust this place for the purchase of a pet to whom you may become attached as I have done. I am now living with my 10 month old puppy watching her die basically. Kidney transplant surgery in dogs is not terrible successful despite the expense. I was told that ther would only be 50% chance for my puppy to get through this without complications.



Please think twice before you purchase any puppy here! You may regret losing your best friend due to the puppy being of poor quality to begin with.
