Rejected when my name finally came up on subsidy waiting list because I am not working full time. But how am I to work full time without sufficient daycare... Isn't that the point of needing daycare help? I am baffled with a policy that will only help me with daycare, if I already have daycare..... Hope that they re-consider such an important policy. A policy that can potentially make such a huge difference. Yet, is allowing those that truly need this help to be over looked, to instead provide the help to those that need it less (since they currently have enough coverage to work full time as required by YMCA policy). They did not want to hear that I would increase hours once he was in the program, etc or anything else from me. So disappointing.

I truly hope this policy is rectified to help those most in need. Just backwards. Tried to e-mail branch director, but it was sent back to me as undeliverable.
