Talking about the BIGGEST baby in the house, it's never the toddler in your arms, it's the husband who brings the bread to the table😹 At least it's like that in my house. I remember for the longest time, 7 years we lived in CT, he avoided going to the dentist at all cause simply because the dentist was "rough" with him. However, he likes Dr. Lee. I'm not gonna say he looks forward to having dental appointments but at least he gets things done routinely. In fact he just pulled out his wisdom tooth a week ago and texted me "it was less than 30 seconds" while he was still in the chair. And today my son had his routine cleaning. Oh btw my son is the big boy in the house, he has no problem with getting any procedures done.

I don't know if they have age requirement to take as patients for kids but my son started going to dr. Lee when he was about 7. It's just very easy to have my whole family taken care of right at the same office.

The doctors speak Chinese and Korean, and the receptionist is bilingual or maybe trilingual? I wanted to write a review today because besides the doctors technique is good, I have never seen an office that could get my co pay exactly down to the penny (the accurate amount!!) and have never been asked me to "pay front". The last dental office (also in Framingham) I went to always had billing problems. say if I had a filling done, my insurance pays 80%, and there is a difference I have to pay if I chose the white filler over the silver one. The office would not check the exact coverage and charge me for the entire amount. And at the next appointment they would either write me a check for the difference or I had the option of keep it as "office credit". It was always confusing, I finally got fed up and moved onto this new dentist. So glad I did!!

Very clean and modern practice with all advance technologies, especially for my kids, they can watch cartoon movies during the treatment, that made them so cooperative. Unbelievable.

Dr.Li is very nice and experienced, we can fully trust him.

All the staffs are nice too, very friendly me personal.

Dr.Li is super nice, very personal. I got his number from my friend, who highly recommend him. I called him at the end of the day due to emergency, he stayed late after work only for me, did emergency treatment. Very patient, very throughout, explained everything in details. He also has gentle hands.
