The proprietor is very professional, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice guy. Being a "by-appointment" service, the proprietor takes its time to make sure the shop meets your needs and also to inform you about the product being purchased and other relevant information. You are never rushed through the process. I will be a repeat customer!
