I have been a customer of KCR for 10 years and they have always been super friendly, friendly and their prices are fair. I would recommend them for any HVAC service needs.

I was just at Nails 21 in Framingham having my nails done. A man from this company came in to fix the air conditioning that had not been working since yesterday. He was the rudest individual, talking down to and nasty to the woman from Nails 21. He walked out while she was in the middle of asking him a question shaking his head and never returned. Myself and other customers told her she should get another company that she shouldn't put up with that kind of rudeness. Unfortunately this company was hired by her landlord. Just want to put this out for people to beware before even considering this company for your air-conditioning needs.
