My wife and I used Belcher's about 10 years ago and like the service we got. Then our fridge had some issues and we went down to get it replaced. After hearing what the issue was the salesman told me a quick easy fix that cost us nothing and them a sale. We've gotten other appliances since and that is how they have been in all our dealings. It has a very family feel to the place.

We've been really impressed and they are now our only appliance place!

Our family has been buying our appliances from Belchers for years. Their service is what keeps us very loyal. They don't have fancy sales or hard sell tactics. Their actions speak louder than words. Always a smile! The serivice is excellent, their products excellent also. If possible I would rate them 10 Stars! By the way have I mentioned the excellent service! Thanks Belchers

The folks in the service & repair department are fantastic! I've used them on 2 separate occasions and they are extremely knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. Their rates are reasonable and on one occasion they actually helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone which easily took care of the problem and saved me the cost of a service call. With this kind of customer service I'll definitely be using Belcher's when I'm in the market for new appliances as well.
