Sunrise Team Escrow makes me mad. I had a terrible experience with them. My other expereince with First American was fantastic. Sunrise Team Escrow did not take care of me at all. They were focused on the seller. The seller said jump, Sunrise Team Escrow said how high. My agent had to get forceful with them to get the documents we needed to close on time. The people in the office speak broken english and are very hard to communicate with over the phone or on e-mail. I had to ask the same question multiple times to get them to understand what I needed or assurances I wanted. I would never do business with them again, neither should you.
