I think they do a very good job of grooming and cutting my dog. However, I am concerned about the cleanliness of the shop and the spreading of fungus or illness. They are very nice people and Charlie is a one of the best groomers around. Just wish they would hire a cleaning service or something. If the entrance area is really dirty and filled with cobwebs, what does the area behind doors look like? Is the bathing area clean or dirty? Do they sanitize their tools???? I stopped going because of this. Other people have mentioned the concern to me also.
