While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I get to the drive thru, there is 2 cars ahead of me, no one ordering at either lane & I am asked to wait to place my order. Another vehicle pulls in to the other lane, orders and moves along. In the meantime I am still waiting, so I say 'hello" & Sidel(name on my receipt) states she will be with me in a moment. 5 secs later she comes back & takes my order. Was ordering a dbl quarter pounder but they had no meat for it so I order a hot&spicy, fries, & drink. I get to the 1st window & the lady is super friendly(caucasian/red hair). I get to the 2nd window & this is a different story. The heavier set native american woman is holding my bag of food & drink & I ask her to put ketchup in the bag while I'm putting the drink down(fyi-she never greets me or smiles). She doesn't so I ask her a 2nd & 3rd time until she answers she will when I take my bag of food. So I take the bag, she brings back the ketchup and throws it in my bag(I'm holding the bag at this point). I start driving away & both her & Sidel start laughing, the making fun of someone kind of laugh!! This was humiliating & the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I usually stop by in the mornings & the customer service is great! This is just my experience. Hope yours is better, if you decide to stop by.

im not happy about spending 16.00 for cold fries and burgers

last night my 89 yr old step father said he wanted a cheese burger and apple pie... so i jumped in the car drove to McDonalds instead of somewhere like Burger kIng and ordered

3 double cheese burgers

3 fries

2 apples pies and 3 milk shakes

all to the tune of

$16.00.

i asked the boy are the fries hot? oh yes.

i get home

no straws

mo napkins

no hot food.

the fries are not hot

the burgers are not hot

nothing is worse than cold mc donalds fries ...

i called the manager did not care one bit.

what?

if you go thru drive thru they give you cold food and figure too bad by the time you get home to eat it.

the next time my 89 yr old wants a cheeseburger i will go to wendys,

burger king some where where the food is actually hot.

id like my money back.
