I love this place. I have never had to wait long even without an appointment. On busy days I've noticed employees taking short lunches so the customers don't wait long.
I have deformed toes and Kasey didn't even seem to notice. !

I would love to get my nails done here again, because they do great work. However, i will never come to this place again because of the way I was treated. The entire time i was barraged with a Vietnamese racial slur that is derogatory towards African Americans. This was not something whispered between them, but spoken loudly throughout the entire store by every employee, most likely because they figured that I wouldn't be familiar with the terms as I'm not Vietnamese. They were polite to me when they spoke English, but otherwise they were very disrespectful and rude. I would say if you don't want to be mocked from the moment you walk in to their place of business to the moment you walk out, you should probably try somewhere else.
