Review Part 1: Well said Martha. Driver David knocked on our door and could not have been nicer while also firmly letting us know that our luxury vehicle was indeed being repossessed. Jason later explained as we complimented David's very respectful treatment of us that they "don't have to knock on our door but let's his drivers use their judgment when assessing the situation." We have to laugh that due to our funny holiday decorations, he must have assessed that we were not the kind of people to come at him with a baseball bat like seen on TV! Fortunately he allowed us to get our belongings out of which included two legal brief cases full of irreplaceable family land deeds (we are closing on a big land sale any day now and is what put us in a financial bind.) Having $10k down, and another $500/mo. for over 1 yr invested, I asked David to please be gentle with our car. He assured us he would and added he'd be discreet as to not embarrass us in front of our neighbors - very nice!

Review Part 2: We retrieved the vehicle this afternoon from Jason at their repo lot. He also could not be any nicer. Not one scratch on our vehicle and as Martha said both David and Jason NEVER ONCE treated us like deadbeats. They treated us kindly as people who were simply in a bad financial jam. I also agree with her as nice as they were, we hope to never have to see them under those kind of circumstances. That being said, if we had a backyard BBQ, we'd happily invite them to our home for a burger & iced down beverage of their choice. I hope financial institutions send them lots of business because they help take the "sting" out of an extremely humiliating situation.

My car got repossessed, I was so afraid to go to the place that took it from me. I have watched so many horror shows on repos, & thought that's what was going to happen. Not the case at all. They were very nice & helpful, treated me like a person who hit hard times, instead of a deadbeat.

They took extra care of my belongings, even put my cds & reading glasses in a bag so they didn't get scratched & all paperwork seperate from other stuff.

When I got my car back, all my belongings were accounted for, my car didn't have any damages, actually it was nice to get it all clean out!

The experience was not what I expected at all. They were the nicest part of this whole disaster. They kinda gave me hope that there's light at the end of the tunnel. I hope I never have to see them again under those circumstances anyway.
