I called this company on February 13 at 1:31 pm to set up an appointment for them to come to give me a quote on having some water pipe insulated. Did not here anything from them so I called again on back two days later on Friday the 15th at 8:19. on February 18 still haven't received a call so they could set up a time to look at the work so I called back at 2:27 and spoke with owner and he said he forgot to pass the info along but the buck stopped here is what he said. Well its now the 20th of February and the buck must have been forgotten again. I am done with this company an will move on a company that want work!!
