Do not hire Brad Smith to work on your house. He left us in mid-project. He started paying me back but said he was out of business and stopped paying. He owes me a lot of money and only has excuses.

Anyone looking for construction or remodel services, BEWARE of these thieves and con artists. I recently hired Brad Smith and Jack Olaughlin of "Liberty All American Contractors" outof Granbury to remodel my home. They had no clue what they were doing and only showed up for 2 days out of about 2 weeks, stole several items and tools from my home, and left damages to my home that had to be repaired by a competent company.



I was told they would be returning my money but they have since ran off and refuse to contact me.

Brad Smith has a long history of shady business practices and opening new "businesses" under new names, getting a few jobs and abandoning them, and never returing customers money.



Many of his business aliases include, but not limited to, Smith Construction, Smith Construction and Properties, Brad Smith construction, texas floor smith, liberty all american contractors, etc, etc..

I don't know how anybody could give this guy five stars??? Must be a relative or himself doing it. Thee is nothing Christian about a person that takes someones hard earned money and " runs" he did such a poor job at our home it was "shut-down" and "cautioned taped" because it was unsafe and unstable. Then he he put a hole in our roof and it basically rained in our bedroom, he did replace our carpet but he never repaired the hole and it caused a domino of damage and problems! If you want me to show you pictures I have the proof!!! Be aware he closes and opens businesses left and right!! And he is far from an ethical person much less a Christian.

Still needs to pay me back for services that he didn't complete. He promised me he would pay me back and I gave him lots of time (2 years) to be exact and I have not seen one dime. Brad you need to be good for your word.

Smith Construction and Property Services was hired to renovate my home before we moved in. The timeline was extremely important as I was 8 months pregnant. He completely missed the deadline by 2 weeks forcing us to live in a construction zone, eat our everyday and stay at hotels becuase the paint smell was too strong to inhale while I was pregnant. He did a botched paint job all over the house. There is paint on the floors, on the lighting fixtures, all over the blinds and windows, and door handles. We had the kitchen cabinets painted and there are streak lines and dried paint drips all over and a broken cabinet door. Then when he installed our new floors instead of removing the baseboards like he should have they used a crow-bar and cracked and chipped all the baseboards throughout the first floor of my house. He lost all the paint colors we gave him for the house so we had to re-find all of those, he never showed up to the job so the workers laid hardwoods in the laundry room and half bath which we never asked for and charged me for that. I contacted Brad Smith repeatedly to come fix the damages he had done to my house. He always claimed he was such a good guy and backed his work however I spent 5 months contacting him to come fix this mess and he never did anything but make excuses and never show. The whole thing was the worst experience of my life. We spent thousands of dollars and now need to spend thousands more to repair his mess.

One of the few HIGH quality craftsman left in this country, this guy actually cares about his work!

I have Brad do everything for me and he does such a great job. Personable, honest, and very good at his trades. I never have to worry about anything.
