I'll never eat again. Found a roach in my food

Were a military family and have been searching far and wide for another Chinese place we all love. Their food was amazing! Egg rolls and fried rice were so good!

I love their food. But it is a roll of the dice whether they are gonna be respectful. The delivery guy is always nice, possibly because he wants a tip? Who knows. And they aren't closed.

The food is great the employees ate very rude and disrespectful the place needs to be shut down

I ordered a delivery with 4 cans of soda. When i got the delivery i asked where the soda was he said it was in the bag. I looked and no soda. I called and they tried to charge me a delivery charge to send it back out to me!! They are the ones who forgot it in the first place!!

Meh...



Good food. RUDE service. I honestly don't know how 'what do you want' and 'yeah' and saying 'is that it' after every word you say constitutes being anywhere NEAR good customer service. I wouldn't recommend it. Again, food is good, but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with the rude people.

Food here is phenomenal if you can shrug off the cockroach that crawled across my co workers food.

this place is a good, bad kind of place. it's almost impossible to understand what the person on the phone taking the orders is saying, and they don't understand what u r saying most of the time. the food on the other hand is very good in my opinion. i order from them usually once a month probably, sometimes two. the chicken fried rice is good. i recommend the cheesecake as well. the prices r well priced. overall, if u can actually understand the guy on the phone and he understands what u want, and where u live, then this is a good place to order from in my opinion

I called to place an order and they were so rude. You can't understand a word they say. They don't understand what you say and they are continuously rude.. The gentlemen answered the phone with this line, " What do you want?" I don't understand how they are still in buisness. Someone should report them to the BBB.

I tried to place an order and the person that answered the phone was RUDE! Not only was he rude he could barely communicate with me..I could NOT understand what he was saying. He just passed me off to someone else without a word. RUDE! The people that answer the phone are RUDE! He would not let me order by phone with a CC .. Ridiculous! I just ended up ordering pizza online from Pizza Hut ..Less fuss and it was twice as good as the last time I received food there 5 months ago!

This place is really dirty. I saw the owner use his hand "after taking out the trash" to prepare the food. I ordered then I took my dinner home. I ate haft of the chicken lomein then i saw the cockroach in my dishes. I called the owner and told him that the food had cockroach in it. he didnt believe me and he even cussed at me. This place really suck, and in my whole life, i would never go back to this place to order food.
