DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They had no problem charging me the full amount in a timely matter and DID NOT deliver the flowers I ordered. I ordered 2 orders on valentines day for my mother and grandmother and 2 days later- the flowers still have not been delivered and I can not get a hold of anyone for a refund. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!

We knew the passing of my grandmother was imminent. To try and help my Pepaw with the arrangements I gathered flower prices online and then went around to the shops themselves. My first stop was at Rothermel Flower Market on 8th Ave. I explained the situation showed the lady helping me the casket spray for $139 I found online at another local shop asking what their price would be for something similar. The lady started saying "wow, oh my" and asked where it was at, she then said "Oh, Darren Whitsel, yeah they are out of business". She told me theirs started at $200 but they could work with any budget, how sorry they were for our loss, how they would take care of everything. I took a card with her name, Eula, thanked her and left. Thing is I am from this neighborhood and didn't recall Darren Whitsel closing. My next stop was at Darren Whitsel on W Magnolia where they had a beautiful window display and a big OPEN sign. I told them what happened, they thanked me and said they thought Rothermels had new ownership. We ended up using Darren Whitsel for the service and they did a wonderful job at a reasonable cost.

Jim and Jason with Rothermel Flowers are absolutely amazing. I work for a local non-profit and they did the centerpieces for our event. Not only were they VERY generous but the flowers were gorgeous! We got nothing but compliments. Please take your business to Rothermel.

These guys are good people - local have been doing this in the Fort Worth area for years. Give them an opportunity and you won't be dissappointed. They are right off of Berry on 8th - go see them when you need flowers!

I used this company for the first time on valentine's day and recived the wrong flowers. I asked for them to be delivered before 11 and this was guarenteed. I actually received the flowers at 3pm. I called the company and was put on hold for 25 mins. and the rep. was very rude. I will NEVER use this comp. again and you shouldn't either.
