Service is below standard, Customer Service is horrible, I left messages for my account rep for several days to finally find out she was out of the office for 3 days. I left messages, and emailed her Boss Scott Turner. I never received a call back or an email back from either one of them. I finally got to call and speak with my account rep today. I canceled my service. I even Paid over $300 in cancellation fees. If Scott Turner would have at least shown some effort to help I might have stayed. I would like for Progressive to waive my cancellation fee as they did not hold up their end of service.
