I only worked with one of the agents..... HORRIBLE service!!!! I really feel as tho I was messed around, and with only a couple of months left on my policy, it was cancelled because she said we never finished paying down payment from 8 months prior. Instead of letting us pay it, she said she would get us a different policy.... she never called again. I was never told my insurance was cancelled until I called to add another vehicle and thats when I found out that we hadn't had coverage in almost a month. They drafted my bank account for the payment and 2 days later cancelled the policy, then she sends an invoice wanting more money even tho policy was cancelled. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!!!
