I hired Pool-Quest to build my pool and it is the most beautiful custom pool I have ever seen. Walter and Ethan inspected my yard and proposed the perfect size pool for the space. They recommended the pebble as an upgrade because of all of the trees in my yard. Walter was the only contractor to suggest the pebble. Now that I have it, I cannot imagine having anything less. Susie and Adriana kept me informed of each step of the construction and Rudy was always onsite very early in the morning to meet with the specific crew for the day. I am so happy I went with Pool-Quest.

Overall were good, but had some communication issues. We talked to them about adding a bubbler feature and they failed to include it. Also, they were not good at instructions about the pool equipment. They only spent 30 minutes explaining. I believe they should offer a longer time for follow up questions/concerns. When you are knew to owning a pool, it is overwhelming to try and grasp all the information.

I called on July 19th, the lady that answered the phone was very annoying, I just wanted information is all and did not want to spend 30 minutes on the phone due to the fact I was at work at the time.

Pools built by a professional engineer who knows what will work best for your yard. These guys do amazing work and create anything you can dream up. They have done several pools in our neighborhood and all were beautiful and well made.
