Don't take your clothes there. I took a talbots suit that I had spilled food on the jacket and slacks. The first time I went to pick it up the jacket had not been spot cleaned even though I let them know when I dropped it off. The pants have a lining and they were pressed so hard the material was crumpled together. I paid for everything and left them to redo the jacket/pants. When I came back to pick up the suit the jacket was better and I took it. The pants had double creases and while the crumpling was better it was still evident the pants had been pressed to hard. I left the pants again. When I came to pick them up I was still not happy with the press job. I asked for my money back, the counter person said no. I told him I paid their prices because i wanted my clothes done correctly. He told me they don't have time to do items special. He told me if I took my pants to another cleaner and they looked better to bring them back and he would see what he could do. Really? I already paid for them to do them and for them to do right. I will now try another cleaner inconvenient to my home in order to get quality service.
