I agree with the rest of the comments. The machine that we bought is nothing but a piece of crap. We also paid for the 2 days of training, which really was only 1 day when you factor in the 2 hour lunch break he took and left at 3 p.m. on both days. Whenever you try to contact tech support they never hardly answer or call you back. Avoid this company at all cost!
