We are full time RV'ers were traveling south on I-35 in Oklahoma on a Saturday and had a blowout that did some damage to our slide out. We got the spare on and called McCleans to see if they could get us in first thing Monday morning to evaluate the damage and hopefully fix. We found a tire shop that was open on a Sunday so were able to get 5 new tires, then on Monday morning we pulled in to McCleans. Within 2 hours we were totally repaied and on our way!! GREAT SERVICE from Cody (Saturday phone call) and Jeff our service manager who got us in and fixed very quickly!!

These people screwed us over a $1300 body repair they specifically hid from us until we signed the contract. We put $50,000 cash down on a $70,000 motor home. GO somewhere else! !

I bought a Grand Design Solitude from them recently and I am impressed with both the RV and the people. I don't know if they have made any changes in personnel since the previous post or what, but both times we were there we were met by friendly people, and really enjoyed our experience. I remember the sales managers name was Keith, and the person who helped show us our RV was named Darrin. Darrin was very informative and was patient with us to explain everything on our RV. Our delivery time overall was about 2 1/2 hours, but that was also with finalizing all the paperwork in finance first.



All in all I would recommend McClain's RV, and would further more recommend the Grand Design line of RV's. They are truly impressive RV's

Though the wait was too long!!!!!!!!!!! The service department was excellent at communicating during the wait and during the repair process. I would use Mclain's RV again!

Great experience! We came to McCalins RV to pick up our 2006 trailer following repairs, and ended up purchasing a 2013 Winnebago! They misled me all the way through the process from not completing the services they said they would, to completely missing the completion date a mile. Dissappointing to say the least. Use them at your own risk....
