This place as the worst customer service. I was their first customer for the day. I was there about 10:40, and I went in for a cut and color. My stylist Kim wasn't finished with my hair until almost 3:00! She was on her personal phone a lot, and kept me waiting for a long time. She had to recolor my hair twice, because she missed some areas. She also did a deep conditioning to my hair that I didn't ask for, and charged me for it! The prices are reasonable, but that's the only good thing about this place.
