I took my 3 month old, 4 pound Shih Tzu puppy in to get a puppy cut and when I picked her up her hair cut looked ok at best but her left eye was filled with blood. When I asked what happened to her eye she acted shocked and said she has no idea what happened. I took my puppy to the vet right away and he said it looked as if she had been choked. After talking to the groomer she had a terrible attitude about it and said she would give me half of the grooming cost back, $30, after I paid $60 for grooming and $175 at the vet. I am getting a letter from my vet to try to recoup the cost from her and I will also be filling animal abuse charges. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER!!!

So I took my dogs to get groomed and I asked for a teddy bear head and short body. When I came back my dogs were completely shaved down. Leticia told me that my dogs were really matted and she had to shave them. My dogs were not matted and I am sure they were not because I comb them all the time. Then she charged me a d-matting fee, d-matting is getting the mats out and getting the cut requested not shaving them down! I budgeted 120 to 130 to groom my dogs, end up paying 163.00. My holiday pics are ruined and now I need to wait until my babies hair grow to take them a groomer that will do what I ask. I have had my dogs for years and I have been to many groomers, I this was my most disappointing experience! She lost me as customer...So if you go to her ask her to give you a call for other charges, so you are not surprised when you pick up your dog. That signed paper is bull! I paid it because I knew I would never come back!!!! The shave job she did on my dogs, I could have done myself! I should of knew better when she was able to groom my dogs the same day, good groomers are always booked days out!

Very great people I take my toy poodle all the time and she always looks so much cleaner and very well groomed!

Today I took my dog to Leticia’s Touch of class and received no class at all. I dropped my animal off at 9:30 AM for an appointment. I call at 1:45 to see approximately how much time was remaining. I was told by one of her workers that I brought my dog in late. I actually arrived at her facility at 9:25 AM. At this time Leticia had not arrived to service her appointments. I informed her that was not the case and asked to speak to Leticia. Leticia informed me that it can take up to 6 hours to finish the appointment. I informed her that the customer service of her worker was unacceptable and I didn’t feel I should be addressed that way. Leticia did nothing to correct the problem. Then she informed me that she was going to charge me for the bath she gave her which was 30 dollars. She then tells me that I will have to pay a de-matting fee. I informed her that I was not paying a de-matting fee when my dog was not matted. I have a straight hair dog. She used to charge me a de-matting fee for my other dog (RIP). If you still choose to go hear I would be aware of this charge that she tends to throw on. I have been a customer of her for a while and the way I was treated let me know that she doesn’t care about her loyal customers. Anyway, I did not receive any touch of class and I realize if this is the customer service I will receive I will just find someone else to cut my dogs hair.

She did an excellent job on my yorkie he looked so handsome and was so happy when we left... I brought in a picture of what I wanted him to be groomed to look like and she got it perfect :) definitely going back and will continue to be a customer

not very happy at all... took my long haired chihuahua for a hair cut and got him back looking like a hairless rat thing....the girl said she accidentally cut more than she was suppose to, so she ended up shaving him.... i wasn't even apologized to... one star only because i had to 'give a star' I'm never going back there!

Have to say I was so please with work Latvia did on my pets thank you so much I will rate again on my second visit So u know for sure what great place she has

I would give this pet grooming salon 5 stars ***** :) because I have known Leticia for many years since she was with Eagle Mountain Grooming and I have followed her since then. I did not know she had recently change locations so I happened to look her up in the yellow pages and found her and her new salon off of Boat Club rd. and Shadydell. I was extremely happy when i found her because I really do not trust my dog with anyone else but Leticia. She is a very good groomer and very professional. I would recommend anyone to her because she knows what she is doing and always treats my dog with lots of love....It is unfortunate how some one had given Leticia a bad review, I was very disappointed when I read the "one sentence review" and I would just like to say that I disagree with that one person and I am sorry to hear you say that she mistreated your dog because I know her and know she loves her dogs as if they were her children and would not ever mistreat them in any kind of way...

Really rude person - if she treats me this way then how would she treat my dog. I'm steering clear.

Our small female dorky has been groomed twice here. Excellent result both times!! We were pleasantly called on the phone, which reminded us to set up the second grooming. Great job of grooming. Nails were wonderfull done (grinded). Told us about when they would be finished, and called us on time. Set up appointment for next grooming. Price is very fair. This is just the perfect place for our dog to be groomed, and know she is in trusted hands. It is obvious they love animals and take great care of them.

Leticia's Touch Of Class Pet Grooming was the best i've ever been to. She's very dedicated and patient with the animals she did a wonderful job with my puppy and charged a reasonable price. The fact that Leticia calls and gives me a reminder that its her time to go in again saves me a lot of trouble. This is my perminent groomer! Highly recommended and a very great shop.

The grooming salon was very good and KEPT TO THEIR WORD!!! I have had services both at Petsmart and Petco and I have to say that the services that i received from Leticia, the owner, was outstanding and honest. It was my first visit and i had received a flyer so I decided to try the new salon out and I have to say I was happy and pleased by the services done that day. Leticia seemed excited and pleased because we let her know it was our first visit and I would like her to know that I WILL BE COMING BACK FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE WHAT THE GROOM SALON HAS TO OFFER...Thanks

This business deserves a 5 rating in my book. My Grandmother & Aunt have a 12 year old pomeranian mix name Canela. Well my grandmother ended up sick and in the hospital for a few weeks. My aunt normally would take Canela to get groomed at Petsmart. But at the time she was staying with my grandmother in the hospital. I called around looking for pet grooming that would be able to pick up Canela for us to get her groom. I couldn't find anyone to help until I called Leticia's Touch of Class Pet Grooming. I explain the situation to her I didn't expect the answer she gave me. Leticia said I will help you, I know the area were your grandmother lives at. I will be happy to pick up your dog from your home and bring her back all groomed. I was speechless that she would take the time to do this for us. Leticia schedules a date and time to pick up Canela from us and brought her back that evening. Canela looked wonderful!!! She was very well groomed, and clean cut. All I know is that Leticia's is a Touch of Class. Leticia went above and beyond to help us out. Thank You so much..
