I have a medical practice in Fort Worth and have quite a few computers in our office networked that we use for patient recordkeeping, billing, etc. Yesterday we found that we could no longer update our patient records for our incoming appointments. Needless to say, this put us in a real bind since we do everything electronically now. Systems MD was able to resolve the problem within an hour or two and get us back up and running. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get it fixed and really happy with their service overall.
